Hancock's Mild Microgreens Seed Mix - a mix of 6 mild flavored varieties with contrasting leaf (cotyledons) shapes. These can be grown in a greenhouse or protected area very easily. Microgreens are ready to harvest on average 10-14 days after planting. Harvest time will depend on varieties, growing conditions and final size desired. Microgreens are recommended to be cut at 1" to 2" in height so that they are not overly tough. You can store cut microgreens in a plastic bag in your refrigerator.

- Optimal soil temperature range for germination is 55-75 degrees F
- Sow seeds evenly 1/8-1/4" deep in well drained potting soil
- Keep the soil consistantly damp but not soaked as this can cause mold to form
- Microgreens require a minimum of 4 hours daily of direct sunlight
