Microgreens Seed

Microgreens Seed - Microgreens are a tiny form of young greens grown from a variety of different seeds.  Microgreens are used as both a visual and flavor component throughout the world.  Microgreens have grown in popularity to become a commonly grown item in households as well as in top culinary establishments.  Microgreens refer to a whole plant which is harvested at a young seedling stage after a few leaves have begun to develop.   These greens are not to be confused with sprouts, which are younger and harvested while still germinating and have their roots still attached.  The typical height to cut your microgreens at is 1-2 inches above the soil line.  The average crop time for most microgreens is 10-14 days from seeding.
