Sunflowers grow 4-5 ft tall and provide cover for hunters while shattered seed attract birds. When mixed with cowpeas, doves, & quail will start feeding on the peas before the sunflowers mature. Plant 10-15# per acre in rows, 25-30 lbs. per acre broadcast, or mix 10 lbs. peas with 15 lbs. sunflowers. Plant in April-August and matures in 100 days.
