Western Native Grass Seed Mix - This Western native grass seed mix grows to a height of 12 to 36 inches. Our Western Native Grass Seed Mix contains Bluebunch Wheatgrass, Idaho Fescue, Indian Ricegrass, Alkali Sacaton, Sand Dropseed, Sandberg Bluegrass, Galleta and Junegrass. For elevations below 6,000 feet.

This mixture contains:

• 16% Idaho Fescue
• 40% Bluebunch Wheatgrass
• 20% Indian Ricegrass
• 8% Sandberg Bluegrass
• 8% Alkali Sacaton
• 4% Galleta Grass
• 4% Prairie Junegrass

Planting rate: 1/2 lbs/1,000 square feet 4 lbs./acre when planting with wildflowers 10 lbs./acre grass mix only

Planting times: The best time to plant grass mix is spring through summer. Plant in spring or early summer if seeding with wildflowers

Planting range: For use in the Intermountain region below 5,500 feet elevation
